How to Pay: Bank Transfer, Bitcoin and USDT

We accept UK bank transfer, Bitcoin (BTC) and USDT. We do not take card payments at checkout, so this page explains exactly how paying works, how long it takes and what happens next. It is a short process and we are on hand throughout it.

The whole process in five steps

Place your order. Add what you want to the basket and check out as normal. You will get an order number on screen and by email. No payment is taken at this point.
Message us with that order number. Tell us whether you are paying by bank transfer, Bitcoin or USDT. Reach us on WhatsApp or email Sales@thcvapeshop.uk.
We send you the payment details. Bank transfer customers get the account details, crypto customers get a wallet address for BTC or USDT.
Send the payment. Use your order number as the payment reference so we can match it to your order straight away, then reply to let us know it is sent.
We dispatch. Once the payment clears your order is packed and sent, and we email you a tracking number. Every parcel ships plain and unbranded.

Paying by UK bank transfer

A standard transfer from your banking app is all that is needed. Most UK transfers arrive within minutes through Faster Payments, so orders placed and paid early in the day usually go out the same working day. We send the account details to you against your order rather than publishing them on the site, which keeps them current and means your payment is matched to the right order immediately. Always use your order number as the reference; an unreferenced payment is the single most common reason an order sits waiting.

Paying with Bitcoin or USDT

Crypto is the fastest route and the cheapest. Bitcoin payments get 20 percent off your order. Tell us which coin you are using when you message us and we will send the correct wallet address, since BTC and USDT use different addresses and sending to the wrong one loses the funds. Send the exact amount quoted, then reply to confirm. Confirmations usually land quickly, and we dispatch as soon as the transaction is confirmed. If you have not used crypto before, say so and we will walk you through it.

Why we do not take cards

Card processors will not service this product category in the UK, which is true of every honest shop in this space. Rather than pretend otherwise, we take bank transfer and crypto and try to make both as painless as possible. It costs you one extra message and it is the reason we can keep prices where they are.

Common questions before you pay

Your order is held while you sort payment out, so there is no rush and nothing is lost if you take a day. If you change your mind about what you ordered, message us before paying and we will amend it. If you are unsure whether your transfer went through, send us the reference and we will check. And if a payment ever goes astray, we will work it out with you rather than leave you chasing.
